Now more than ever, people are finding value in improving their outdoor living spaces. This has increased the demand for our services. ​As  a small, boutique company, our priority is always to produce a high quality product with great service. In order to do this with the increased demand, we have some requirements for new client intake:
 

• We have a $8,000 minimum budget for renovation & installation projects. If you believe your project is under $8k, we will not be able to accommodate your project at this time.
   

• There is a $100 on-site consultation fee for renovation & installation projects. This fee is due before your consultation and includes an on-site consultation, typed and itemized budget and photos of similar completed project by VHS. (Please note: This does NOT include a design drawing.)
